They really need to choose better management. I came in to exchange legging that were bad quality. I was met by an extremely rude manager (Noelle) who talked down and treated me like a con artists. Asking me why I waited so long, even though I was still within the 90 grace period and the holes in my legging appeared just a few days ago (which I explained to her). She told me that even IF they were able to pull up my purchase information that didn't guarantee that SHE would allow me an exchange. She even had the nerve to treat me as if my case wasn't important by passing it off to an associate claiming she had more important things to take care of. She even accused me of lying, claiming that theres nothing wrong with the quality of their clothes. Although, there are so mamy reviews that have said VS doesn't have the same quality that they used to plus their associated who have worked their for years are saying the same thing. Nevertheless, I feel that there are more and better deserving employee to have managerial positions (Jessica Anderson, Sarah, and Nia) people who treat customers with respect and kindness. Even after the treatment I still purchased, over $100 of stuff from them. But, the associate that was finishe my transaction was so caught up in her phone call that she forgot to take out a pair of leggings that I didn't want. Now being the good person I am, I will have to waste my gas and time taking it back to them.
Long story short is, a good experience I had their turned for the worse all because of a manager who lacked in customer service skills.
UPDATE: I went back to give them the leggings that an associate left in my bag, I met with another manager Monica, who was absolutely AMAZING. I explained everything to her and she was so understanding, she immediately offered to exchange the leggings I had and even offered to give me the one left in my bag. Everything was completed smoothly. They need more managers like Monica and less snobby people...

I was not greeted when I walked in whatsoever and while I stopped at the first section to browse everyone else who walked in was. The greeter was not busy at the time. That wasn’t a problem and it didn’t bother me until things got worse. As I was shopping through the store no one offered me assistance but I was able to find my products on my own after digging. I then went to the cash register to purchase my items and the cashier was snappy and very short with me before I could even open my mouth. She then threw a card into my bag without explaining it’s purpose while the cashier next to her explained the entirety of its use and even gave her customer a discount. My cashier didn’t give me the option to email my receipt or anything. She flung the bag over the counter towards me and shortly stated that the receipt was in the bag. I was the only African American in the entire store and was shopping with my bags from other and more expensive stores. It’s beyond me why I was treated this way but it compelled me to write this review. Read moreDONT ORDER ANYTHING OFFLINE IN STORE Wanted to buy a pair of $40 slides. They didn't have it in store, so I asked the cashier to order it offline. She never asked where I wanted them shipped. I asked her where she shipped my product because she never asked (I assumed it was in store pickup because I had previously talked to the manager about finding/ordering the product). Instead of doing instore pickup, she shipped them to my old address 1000 miles away because it my pink card informatio. Immediately after the transaction, I asked if they could cancel the order and redo it because the mess up (there's no way I was going to be able to travel 1000+ miles for a pair of slide). They didn't and said to call the reciept phone number to cancel or change the address. I called the victoria secret customer service line and they told me I couldnt cancel or change the address (this was only about 20 minutes after the initial transaction).
