I rarely write reviews, but in this case I am extremely happy to write about my experience with our realtor David Spinowitz.

When my wife and I decided we wanted to look for a second home (possibly to become our primary residence) in Park City, we admittedly weren't the easiest people to cater to as we weren't sure of our parameters (nor even price range). Additionally, as we didn't live in the area, we had limited time to look at properties and didn't know the area particularly well outside of downtown Park City. Given those obstacles, Dave did a remarkable job. He gave us a great deal of knowledge of the area and various price ranges via email. When we did spend time in Park City, he gave us all the time we needed and we were able to see homes in town and out in a very efficient manner.

We decided on a home in Promontory, which was a new build. As such, it was not a simple buy as it was not 100% completed and there was much that needed to be contractually agreed upon to get the deal finalized. This part of the transaction required a great deal of attention to and maintenance of detail and persistence in getting the details documented and agreed upon. David took this responsibility upon himself and acted in our interests throughout this period. We were extremely comfortable throughout the process and confident that our interests took precedence to finalizing a deal.

The service did not end there. David happens to live in Promontory as well, and as we have not moved in yet, but are having things sent to be stored in our home for when we arrive, David stops by the house twice a day to check on deliveries and bring in packages for us. He has also helped with many other aspects of a move for people new to the area, helping to source everything from snow removal to utility providers. He is truly a concierge realtor who goes above and beyond his contractual obligations to make this a turnkey process.

In conclusion.... buying a home can be emotional and difficult (this isn't my first rodeo). A good agent can make you comfortable about value, work in your fiduciary interest and help with all relevant matters, and in our case, of moving to an unknown area. Tyler was my broker and helped me to buy my lot in Hideout. He was wonderful to work with! He has an amazing knowledge of the real estate in the Park City area; it doesn't hurt that he is a true native, born and bred in Park City. As I am new to the area, he put in a lot of time to educate me about Park City and the surrounding communities. When I narrowed down the community I was most interested in, he shower me everything in my price range. He even got me in to see a property that was not yet listed. When I fell in love with my lot and decided to build a house instead, he helped me make a successful offer, and navigate the closing, which was especially appreciated because I was living out of state and this is the first property I have bought. He helped make it a very smooth process.
