Notice in the kitchen cabinet of how you will be charged for any missing items, and charged a full extra day if you check out after 10am Notice on the airco remote that the system will malfunction if you turn it below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. With the system off and the room heater going (winter stay), the airco came on by itself, which was totally unexpected Kitchen cabinet hangs open and will not close, it fails to click closed on the magnet installed there Ceiling is incompletely painted, there are shadows of another color clearly seen while looking up from the bed The room's central light fixture had painters tape on it, with paint, that was not removed after the last repaint The trim around the room door was coming loose and did not align Closet is shabby - there is a water heater in there, loose pile of additional flooring material, and the whole thing could do with a renovation Electrical outlets need to be replaced, they allow plugs to simply fall out, they have no tension on some of the sockets Guests are required to sign a notice that they will be fined $500 if they use the hot tub after hours The pedestal lavatory sink is too small for toiletries and sundries, and there is no shelf to put anything, it's very inconvenient The refrigerator was set far too cold, and was freezing all non-alcohol beverages. Adjusting it warmer did not help, the refrigerator needs to be replaced. The mattress was uncomfortably firm. I have collected free mattresses from craigslist that are notably more comfortable. The shower head comes out of the wall so low, it is at the level of my mouth. I had to stoop below it to shower. The shower water was nearly tap cold on our final day, and we did not run a lot of water. If the unit has a water heater in it that supplies shower water, it was malfunctioning. If the hotel has a central boiler for shower water, that was depleted or malfunctioning. There is no dresser for clothing, no drawers of any kind, as the night stands are pedestals only. Also, the living area has a footstool, but no coffee table WORST OF ALL: The room was advertised as having a full size range oven. It had a stove but no oven. This completely upended my food plans, and the hotel was unwilling to make any remedy whatsoever, referring me back to hotels.com for any adjustment or correction. Hotels.com was non-refundable non-changeable, and did not offer to help.

With free parking, easy access to downtown via walking, and a friendly gentleman at the front desk, Treasture Mountain Inn has been a wonderful experience thus far! We are on day two and the bed has been super comfortable. Our studio room is very cute and modern with the best lighting options all around. Each light on the ceiling has a dimmer for great mood lighting in the evening, along with these sculpture pieces on each side of the bed that act as lights, also. There’s a shower, full sink, mirrors, drawers, and a place to hand some clothing in the bathroom. It also includes a blow dryer, extra pillows that are comfortable, and little bottles of shampoo/conditioner. They even include make up wipes! This reminds me of an air bn’b because the kitchen has a full stove/oven, toaster, coffee pot, dining room table, dishes and utensils to use, and a mini fridge with a microwave. There is a flat screen TV, but you won’t want to spend too much time watching the tube with so many activities available around you. The couch pulls out to act as another bed or for extra comfort if desired. There’s an AC and the room smells great and clean. We are on the second floor with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard in building number 2. The balcony was bigger then expected with three comfortable chairs. There’s lounge chairs throughout the courtyard with tons of trees, also. The hot tub is bigger then expected with two waterfall features. They have a spa in the main building that offers massages, which I believe is located within the hotel, along with access to a gym, but we have yet to explore that in person. The front desk was very informative on where to park and how to access the room. There is also a safe located in the room for extra security on personal possessions. Main Street has many local restaurants with good ratings, which is a foodies paradise! Tons of art shops, clothing shops, coffee places, and a few saloon/bars. The Olympic Park is 15 minutes away and we will be experiencing that this afternoon. Many hiking trails, lakes, and abandoned historic mines surround the area and make for great picture opportunities. The parking lot areas for each of the buildings are not far from the rooms, which I would imagine to be great during the winter, but our visit is during the summer. Excuse our bags, we had just entered the room when I took pictures.

After sharing this feedback to the hotel management directly and receiving a unconcerned response, I'm sharing my feedback here to forewarn others. The 5 star reviews on here were absolutely paid for. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to stay here while in Park City. The location on Main Street is the only "perk" this hotel has. If you want to stay on Main Street, stay at Park Hotel or the Marriott instead. The suite, accommodation, and amenity photos on the hotel's website do not show the reality of its conditions. My party stayed in two suites, and we were equally disappointed with both. The showers and sinks do not drain. There is rust on the hard surface floors and stains the size of dinner plates on the carpet - I would not recommend being in these suites barefooted at any time. Not all suites have closet or drawer space, so we did not have space to unpack our suitcases. Housekeeping comes at an additional fee and has to be scheduled in advanced. There were old White Claws and Tupperware with moldy food in our water closet upon arrival. The front desk staff is also not friendly nor helpful either. When calling down to the front desk for fresh towels midday(since housekeeping doesn't come during your stay), I was consistently sent to the answering machine. This would be fine, however, no one seems to check the answering machine. Upon check-in, my group asked if the employee at the check-in desk had any dinner recommendations - the employee haphazardly recommended the Jersey Mike's across town. There are also quiet hours posted within the buildings. This isn't regarded nor enforced by the hotel staff at all, so don't be surprised when you're woken up several times a night. There are also safety concerns with this hotel. The hotel is divided amongst three buildings and one needs to take several hard-to-find staircases to navigate within a building and across the buildings. If someone has ADA-needs, the main hotel is the only building with an elevator. When crossing between buildings, there is a brick courtyard (also where the hot tub is) that has a lot of loose bricks on the steps. I would be shocked in this hotel was still open in five years.

Sooooo disappointed. My grandma takes us to this hotel every few years for our birthdays when we can afford it. We hadn’t been since 2019 so we were so excited to stay overnight and be able to be right on Main Street. When we arrived, it was pouring rain and hailing so we asked to check in early and were declined which was okay so we waited. The entire basement smelled of mold. We also had called ahead and were told we were able to purchase an extra parking spot yet they refused to give us one. If we knew ahead of time, we would have made other arrangements but we planned on having two cars. I tried to ask where we can park overnight and they had no clue and all the clerk Billy did was play on his phone while I was trying to have a conversation with him. Then when we were finally able to check in, the lady that helped us was short with my grandmother and rude. When she was done talking to us, she did not let us know that the conversation was over but instead just turned around in her swivel chair. So I politely asked if that was all and she started laughing and without turning around responded “ugh ya”. Then we went to the garage to get our bags and the entire thing was flooding from water through the ceiling and some cars were just getting buckets of water being poured into them. (Luckily not ours). I did alert them of this issue. When we finally got to the room there were two beds and pull out couch. One of the beds in the room did not have a comforter only sheets and there were no extra blankets anywhere to be found. Dinner had run long so we were only able to be in the hot tub for 20 minutes due to the time now being 9:45 pm for the closing time. Overall, I would have rather stayed 20 minutes away from Main Street for way less money and pay for Ubers to Main Street. It would have saved us so much money over all since parking was around $40 for us to park overnight somewhere last minute in the rain. It was a crazy experience and nobody that worked there seem to care about us or our experience. This is something we save years for to be able to do and it was heartbreaking that my grandmother was so disappointed with her experience. This used to be the best place and now it’s a nightmare. WOULD...
