Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pasco

Order from road 68 ALL the time, last night we ordered for a big party as we had family come from out of town and our experience was HORRIBLE. From the food, to the staff, & the managers. We were told on the phone a big box with 2 pepperonis and a supreme pizza would be 33$ (because of extra toppings on the supreme pizza) so we continued to order. We were then charged $41. And we didn't get extra breadsticks we ordered. The manager said we could get refunded the extra once we gave the ticket number. After giving her the ticket number she proceeded to tell me it was my fault I didn't know how to order it and next time I should just come in even if I have to wait 30 minutes in there lobby it would be easier for them. I was also charged an additional $20 seperatley for breadsticks I never got. Still waiting for the charge to come off my card. After going back to the restaurant the rest of the staff was very rude and seemed very annoyed with me while I was asking questions about how to order better next time. I am an assistant manager in the food industry and know this is NO way to treat your customers. I really hope I get my money back for the food I never received. Very disappointed in the service last night. I understand there was a big event going too. Placed my order at 545 online. It said it would take 75 minutes to get my 1 pizza and 8 wings delivered. Great. And it took just about that long for it to tell me that door dash has delivered my order to my hands. Which I ordered through pizza huts site- so they sent to door dash for delivery. Door dash gave me an option to text if I didn't receive my order. I did that. Without a response. So next I called pizza hut. Which isn't a direct number to the store. Went to some central location as that person had to transfer me. I waited on hold for someone to pick up for 21 minutes. I told them what happened. The lady was very nice and said she will resend. I didn't ask for a discount or anything. I also figured maybe we would be at the priority of the next delivery. Well at 825, a hour after I called the last time. I called to follow up, had to get transferred and wait another 11 minutes to talk to the store. It was the same girl. She said it was leaving right now. I again should have said this is insane and want a refund. But people in my house were hungry so I just left it at that. The pizza arrived at 856. 3 hours from initial delivery....

Sitting here at Pizza Hut, listening to a person with died hair (red) and lots of face piercings, complain about working. Very much a diva. The person making pizzas, probably mine, is hacking up a lung on the side I can’t see. I already paid so I’m hoping I can eat dinner and not get sick. But, what happened to the friendly person working, the quality food, the reason to eat at Pizza Hut over the others? I am truly sad that the place I went as a kid to have my Bday parties has turned into a place o wouldn’t visit again. Bye Pizza Hut!
