The worst customer service I have ever experienced (at the Spring Street location). I was overcharged $159 and I'm waiting a month later to be reimbursed. They also gave me a rebuilt Z flip5, not a brand new model, when I gave them my Z flip3 as a trade in. Waiting for the new phone the say they ordered for me on March 10. I don't believe a new phone was ever ordered! So I called Samsung yesterday and they found out it was never ordered at all. Lies and overcharged! DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THE SPRING STREET LOCATION!!
UPDATE: 2 months later and the Manager at the Verizon (Victra) Spring Street location still claims the check from Corporate is on its way. I checked with Corporate and there is no record of any check sent to me. So this store steals money and lies? Because I purchased my phone through this store Verizon and Samsung can't help me. Checking today on December 6th, Only to be told that our phone was sold! because they could only hold it for four days.
