On May 7th, 2022, I purchased 2 bales of special tested hay AT A VERY HIGH PRICE for a sick horse and when the young man with curly semi long hair loaded them , he hit the side of my really nice truck with his hay hook. Scrapped off the paint and put a ding in the metal. I questioned him and at first he said that he thought that he hit the top rail. But after looking, it was clear that he hit the side of the truck and really did not seem to care. I stopped at the front office to report this and a lady with long brown hair came out to inspect. She took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said that someone would be calling me. Glen was not in the office. As of today, I have NOT heard back from ANYONE regarding this matter. Not so much as a phone call to say how sorry they were. NOTHING. SO IF YOU HAVE A NICE VEHICLE, I SUGGEST YOU BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN HAVING YOUR HAY LOADED. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS VEHICLES. ONLY GETTING HIGH $$$...

Wonderful customer service! Did not catch the associates name who assisted me, she came out of the office - longer dark hair. She was very knowledgeable of the clothing and accessories. Great selection. I ended purchasing a jacket and came back the next day for a Quincy bag/backpack. Have purchased poultry products for my chickens. High quality products. My chickens are very happy. Loved the complementary gift wrapping. The check out was smooth, and very friendly. The customer appreciation day was such a nice touch for the customers. Nice to feel a warm welcome to a store in these stressful times. I love shopping and supporting local businesses- Rather than box stores....

Always the best service and products! Recently stopped by to see Faith for a hat cleaning/touch up. She is amazing at shaping both straw and felt hats. Just a heads up, if you purchase a hat here they do NOT offer complimentary hat care after your purchase. I remember being told that they did when I purchased (it’s also posted on their website) but I was informed at my recent visit that this is incorrect. Most hat shops offer lifetime shaping and care if you purchase with them, so just something to keep in mind if you want to purchase a hat here. Knowing this I will purchase my hats elsewhere, but Premier Ag will always be my choice for everything else...
