I love this store! I am usually a online shopper; after numerous failed attempts on finding something to help with hair loss and thinning that actually work. I decided to try to find something local. I heard a lot of good things about the Natural Alternative Nutrition center. The product I purchased was Terry Naturally Hair renewal. The young lady clearly didn’t understand the nature of the job nor how to run the store. She didn’t know what Birch oil was (but we can order it) and the other items I was looking for were so unnatural and full of fillers and artificial crap, I decided not to return and buy quality items at the supermarket. This place has gone downhill really fast. Not returning.

UPDATE: The owners of this establishment have claimed that the young lady was in training. If that were actually true, then where was her trainer? Out to lunch? They weren’t...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This operation must be a complete scam. I am out $60 after placing an order 4 weeks ago. I did not receive my item, nor did I rver receive a confirmation email about my order. No, it is not in junk or spam. My bank account clearly shows a debit from this store on 5/29/25. They will not answer emails, and they will not pick up the phone.
