This store has the very BAD customer service. The employees in there are lazy and disrespectful to customer. I purchased 2 perfumes bottle online and also received 5 small perfume sample with the purchase. I decided to return one bottle and keep one. When I went to check out in men clothing they told me to go to fragrance check out to do return. I went to fragrance check out and the lady told me to go check out for women clothing to do the return. When I went to women check out, the lady told me to go to fragrance check out and do return???? I told her, the lady in there told me to go here. She went back to fragrance kios and told the lady who stand near Lancome section that she needs to return for me. That lady near Lancome did not seems want it, she scan my order bar code and told me ,"YOU NEED TO RETURN THE PERFUME SAMPLE " as well. What? I told her excuse me I did not return all my order and never heard of anything like that. Macys gave out sample in order to invite its customer to try and buy more products. It is ridiculous! Do you think these sample will cost more than what I purchased for a year in Macys? That lady keeps look at and repeat like a robot, I can't make a return if you don't bring the perfume sample. After making me walking around the store, and treat me like I stealing something. I have hundred of perfume sample at home! Sorry Macy, you are losing a Platnium Macy Credit Holder. Read moreI remember when Macy’s was synonymous with class and professionalism as department stores went, but this dump of a location in Pearland has to be much lower in the general postmodern downgrade than even the rest of the Macy’s stores elsewhere! I just had to walk out of this place because it’s so absolutely unprofessional on every level!
I was there to purchase a nice sport coat I needed today, and I was wandering around the men’s section for a good thirty minutes with obvious questions I was looking to have answered by someone as I displayed a clear look that I was in search of something and needed help. And even though the place is a ghost town—for obvious reasons—as they blast their totally tasteless/tacky garbage music through the speakers and there are four or five “employees” wandering around and passing me on numerous occasions yet saying NOTHING to me.
Not a single greeting and not a single inquiry after we crossed paths in that area on several occasions. I honestly thought they worked for some third party company that did stocking of product for Macy’s (except they were so unprofessional that the only appropriate time for them to do that would be in the middle of the night).

They never gave me my Drivers license back and I also forgot to ask to give it back. Sunday, I noticed but they were closed due to the holiday so I went there Monday morning and they said they didn’t have it where I paid for the perfumes to go to their office and it was not there either. I would of expected a call from them saying you left your drivers license in store come pick it up since they have my information on file. Now I have to pay to get my drivers license back.
