Miniso — Local services in Pearland

This is the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had at Miniso. The MANAGER in the white shirt is extremely rude for no reason. Tried to use my coupon for a blind box and she immediately told me with an attitude “You can’t get that one” instead of saying it at least politely or you can get x,y,z instead. Then I try to use my coupon to get a discount for blind boxes and she tells me it’s not working but couldn’t say why or what was not applying for the coupon. Then she has the audacity to ask me if I want to get more blind boxes and see what works, if YOU as the MANAGER can’t even tell me what does and doesn’t apply for the coupon, then why would I waste my time?? Felt like at that point she was just being a jerk on purpose to rub it in. I asked her if there was any way she could enter the coupon and she insisted no with an attitude because “it’s not working.” Every other store has the ability to either enter a discount or a coupon into the system for things like this, you’re telling me you don’t?? She just didn’t want to help me, the customer, at all. Then another employee proceeds to talk about how much money we spent on blind boxes “is crazy”. Excuse me ma’am sorry you can’t afford to buy that many blind boxes, don’t take it out on the customer. The manager was also gossiping and laughing loudly with someone on the phone in the middle of the store. No decorum or professionalism at all. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. The manager is an extremely unprofessional individual, no idea how she got to be a manager, but she should be fired.

UPDATE: I went to another Miniso and they let me redeem the EXACT SAME free blind box that the rude, awful woman said I couldn’t get. AND they applied my discount coupon for blind boxes into the system, no questions asked, no hassle, no “it isn’t working”, no poor attitude. Clearly she is a troubled individual that wants to make customers lives more difficult...

what the…? i came here recently … excited with my kid to buy her something for her birthday. The manager (I assume) gave her dirty looks when she accidentally dropped plushies .. she’s a kid. she will get excited and accidentally drop stuff. Why’d the manager give a child such looks? you guys need new management. How is a grown woman giving dirty looks to a child, she should act her age. Don’t be a manager if you can’t handle retail and be rude. As I was passing by to leave she was talking with an employee, I overheard rude remarks about her other employees. This is absurd, someone needs to do something. I know everyone dreads when they get scheduled with that woman....

If I could give a zero I would I have not gone back to this miniso since the manager on duty the night of January 2nd not only cursed at me over a radio and telling her employees disrespectful things about me, refused to look at footages that showed the when while looking at items my bag knocked over a glass that was on a bottom shelf while I was walking in the store AND over charged me for items clearly on clearance, ALSO gave me the wrong email address when I asked for it TWICE. I now only go to the one in first colony mall because I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes then EVER go back to such a mismanaged store with no care for there image...
