I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience was horrible. I went and was greeted and sent to the back to try on dresses. Everything was good. I even had my fiancé with me. The manager and stylist kept pushing me to get jewelry that I did not need. I told them over and over I had plenty and did not need anything. The manager still brought jewelry to me while I looked at dresses and I kept expressing how I did not want any jewelry. When I finally picked a dress, they rushed to come remove the dress from the dressing room before I had even got fully changed. While I was in there I asked them to hold my dress I would pay for it, yet somehow the manager told my fiancé I wanted some earrings that I did not want. Him being a gentleman went ahead and bought them, he mentioned the earrings later at dinner and I was huh?! I didn’t want jewelry, so I went to take a look and realized they charged me $52 for some earrings that look like they are worth $2. I went back to politely ask for a refund because I didn’t want nor need jewelry and they told policy was no refunds and they would not allow me in the store because they closed 6 minutes before I arrived. I tried to explain to how I didn’t even know how they got thrown in because I must of mentioned I didn’t want jewelry 5-6 times to both women & the stylist response was well men come in here wanting to buy stuff for their women all the time . So you were gonna have my fiancé but almost $60 earrings that I didn’t want.

This place is rotten just like the coffee and so are their employees . They wanted till I was out the room to charge my fiancé for earrings i didn’t want. I have a office in the town center and I know the rent is high but y’all don’t have to...

Dresses are made of poor material. And "owner" was very rude. She charged us $20 for a broken zipper and there is no where in the store that says customers must pay for damaged items. The whole situation was embarrassing and ridiculous. They sell $200 dresses that cannot even zip up.

Its very funny how they continue to lie in their response. Never once did she ever offer assistance. Because I was personally watching her outside the fitting room helping another customer. And I 100% guarantee no charges were pressed. The officers even laughed and said they were ridiculous. She even told the police there were no signs saying we had to pay $20 for damages. Point is DO NOT SHOP HERE. Its okay God sees ALL things. And I pray against every lie of the enemy that came out of out that womans mouth. In Jesus name....
