Read moreMattress delivered is not the same quality as what we tried out on floor model. Was told it usually takes 30 days to get used to a new mattress and that the floor models felt different because they have been on display for 3 years. We have to pay $100 restocking fee and wait for them to pick up the Mattress because they will not let us bring it in so we can trade it out. They will not let us return and get our money back. The management is unprofessional and very rude. If they would have handled this situation better, I would feel differently, but...
