My daughter ordered online for me to pick up on the way home from work. Because she placed the order I was unable to check in online. I walked in and asked is there somewhere I need to check in for an online order and I was told no and just asked the name of my order. Then the young female that took my name went and personally took an order (instead of the customer using the kiosk) of what appeared to be her friend because she was chit chatting and carrying on with her. As I waited, 6 other customers came in and placed their orders after me. All of those customers, including the one that was chit chatting with the employee all received their orders before me. I asked if it was safe to assume that it's quicker to order in store than online when my order was ready and I was told "ok" and received a shrug of the shoulders and a "have a nice day". Read moreNeed more coordination on accurate pickup times. Meeting people inside an hour past their pickup time, lined out the door with probably 20 orders I assume and fact that I was 10 minutes after pickup time with no counter representative. Surely over-tasked for the people working of course, but no direction for the people waiting. There is a nice electric update sign inside but they apparently "turned it off" when everything got as bad as it was for those waiting.
If you're there for a purpose then a big name should serve that purpose. There has to be a give and take in what people represent as their business/purpose/duty and escalation of communication as things spiral like they did for what was I believe their birthday celebration of some sort.
Good product, but paying that price should net a package process thats efficient and all encompassing.

Read moreI ordered a four-cookie box at 1:20 PM today. I used the mobile app and waited an hour outside in my car when it indicated that I was next in line. Upon entering the store, I approached the blonde girl with glasses and asked if she had an order for one, just in case I had missed it. Surprisingly, she completely ignored me and turned around after that.
I waited inside the store for 30 minutes, and then Alejandro called my name. He pronounced my name incorrectly and I corrected him. However, instead of apologizing, he proceeded to make fun of my name and continue saying it incorrectly. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and childish. I will never return to that store. Making fun of someone’s name is not only disrespectful but also discriminatory, especially based on race. I genuinely felt like I was being treated differently...
