I have ordered through the mobile app and visited this location several times because they’re open really late which is nice! I also have to add that they are very friendly here. There’s a gentleman who works at the window I wish I caught his name but he has a very nice attitude all the time he’s friendly I don’t know how else to say it and he seems like he’s happy to be there and it’s a little things when people seem like they like their job even if they hate their job that makes it a pleasant experience. If there’s a mistake they are more than happy to correct it I would say to anyone who has any questions about their order just check it and if it’s not right be polite about it because at the end of the day it’s food it’s not the end of the world no one’s life is on the line and if you treat people well they will be nice to you too. I think it would be very hard to work in the customer service industry with the way people act these days and when you see a smiling face and a window after a long day of work and it’s after midnight it just makes it a pleasant experience. I’ve never had a problem here and to the comments about people maybe not getting their order exactly right I wouldn’t give them a down vote because of that I would give them a chance to correct the issue. Read moreI was a team member at this store for 11 months. I would not recommend working at this location, or bringing your business here, as the employees are treated very poorly.
When three of my coworkers had submitted their two-week notices of resignation, the franchise owner had them all taken off of the schedule, even though they thought they would be able to work for two more weeks. This left one of my coworkers jobless for nearly a month, since they had a better job lined up for when their two weeks were up. He told one of my coworkers that if they resigned, the position would not be available again, as if it’s a privilege to have a minimum wage fast food job.
My coworkers have told me of times that they have felt humiliated by the franchise owner, and of times that he has shown favoritism towards some employees.
COVID-19 guidelines such as masks and temperature checks are not followed by the employees. Temperature checks of employees have seldom been taken since Spring of 2020. Most employees wear masks, however a number do not, and are not asked to. Two of my coworkers, to my knowledge, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, and those who had worked with these infected people were not informed of their diagnosis. I was there recently and while at the drive thru window trying to pay....I couldn't find my card....I was searching my purse, my wallet, my jacket....ughhhh It seemed I wasnt going to find it..... while searching (and noticing the cars behind me) I said "oh no I'm so very sorry I cannot believe this" all through that she'd say "you'll find it in believe in you" "you've got this" "I'm so proud of you"...I just wanted to bawl...... ive been going through ALOT w my young kiddo w her health lately and life seemed like it had been putting a house or larger on my shoulders.... so, to hear such sweet, kind words...made things feel alot less chaotic in that moment!
