The reason for the one star is due to customer care/service. Awful experience! Purchased a phone $500+ on the spot, assured me that I was okay for 30 days to return the product for a full refund...went in there 3 weeks later (22 days to he exact) to return the item and get my money back due to family/plan troubles and was completely shut down. I was told that wasn't there policy and they couldn't help me other than to buy the phone back for nearly $100 less than what I paid for it. But wait, if the gentleman who told me this originally was there at this time, maybe that would help? Nope. Even the supposed owner of the store was there, and witnessed the employee not denying anything I was claiming he said, gave zero care or concern for the issue. Ended up walking out and sold the phone to another person in need on my own and took a loss. Will not go back and wouldn't recommend it due to their lack of care and communication issues. Be very careful with this place don't believe what they say. I traded a factory unlocked note edge for a, supposedly unlocked note 4. At the time I was with att. Then 2 months later I wanted to switch carriers like I did on my note edge, and the note 4 they traded me was still under contract with att. Meaning someone still owed $$$ on the phone. And att will not discuss anything about the cell that they traded me and it surely not unlocked note 4. I called them back and the guy that did the trading said he said nothing about being unlocked, but was a lie as he said it was at time of sale. Be careful with the phones he has. These two gentlemen do great business and take excellent care of their customers. After getting an extremely high quote from UBreakIFix, I got my phone screen replaced here at Choice for half the cost. While I was in the store, I watched them interact with a few older customers and they were very considerate to offer low cost options rather than trying to “sell” them on the most expensive. Will definitely come back to this store for future needs and would feel good recommending family/friends to do the same.
