I met my mover at my 10x10 unit to move the contents to my new apartment. When we unlocked and opened the door, everything was “turned upside down”. Thieves CUT A HOLE in the back wall of the unit and searched the dozen large storage tubs, stole multiple items, and destroyed a TV and 2 pieces of furniture.

The thieves ALSO cut a whole in the side wall to access ( at least) one additional unit.

The chain link security fence had previously been breached by evidence of the cheap patch that was applied. Management knew about the breach and applied a pathetic visual patch vs. a heavy duty fix.

When this was brought to the attention of on-site management, they did very little. The region manager expressed concern and said he would “try to make me whole”. However, the VP and other corporate executives REFUSED to compensate me for my loss.

This Columbus Blvd is unsafe. While other locations likely are, senior management does NOT care about their responsibility to keep your possessions safe nor compensate you when they screw up. There are countless OTHER stores companies you...

After storing here for a year a new manager hired on and things went south from there. This person snuck around the corner to look inside my unit at what I had in there. I was confronted about running a super quiet generator to have my own lights in a 30’ deep unit. Told it was in the rules, corporate confirmed it was not as listed on the site. Could not get a call back with the “rule change” because there isn’t one. I made quite a few friends with other tenants and they have the same thing to say about this new manager. Read the lease closely because you rent will continue to rise the longer you stay there, or until the manager can make up a reason to move you out. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I want to let everyone know that my recent move-out from the CubeSmart Storage Facility at 456 North Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA went extremely well due to the directions and assistance provided to me by CubeSmart employee Elias Santiago. What I am mainly referring to is the fact that I live in New Orleans and the move-out was conducted by my son and two hired movers, all planned, coordinated, facilitated and directed by Elias Santiago. Mr. Santiago was always extremely pleasant, professional, informative and helpful in dealing with my son, the movers and myself from the beginning to the end. Mr. Santiago listened to my voice as a customer and he exceeded my expectation preferences to the max! As a result, my customer experience satisfaction is as high as it possibly can be!
