Sold me a broken Rolex, then refused the return. Promised to fix it for me. For the past 9 months they have stonewalled me. Tried to hand me back the broken watch twice claiming it was fixed. Currently they refuse a refund and refuse to repair properly. The owners is trying to force me to accept a broken watch and is not offering any sort of restitution or solution to this issue for that matter. Bought a chain and pendant, within 30 days the chain comes apart where the pendant hangs. Takes it back for repair to even swap; nope they downgraded my chain with no compensation or refund of any kind. Not to mention gold is sold by weight.
