I was given a gift card for this shop a few years ago as a wedding present. Friends of the family knew that I am a big history buff. Sadly it took me awhile to use it and the store in Quakertown closed down, also I lost track of the gift card. I found it recently and went to use it online, it didn't work. So I called the store in Philadelphia and talk to Tyson, the owner. He never met me before nor could he see the gift card in person, obviously. He was so professional, kind and helpful. He issued me a gift card, for $100 (the value of the original gift certificate) immediately and sent it to my email. I had it before we even hung up the phone.
