The first MAC that I have ever gone to and felt genuinely welcome! Today an amazing man; Emmanuel, helped me find my correct shade after given the WRONG SHADE from the MAC in King of Prussia ( KOP is rude as hell btw). Emmanuel both explained the product and the application process to me. He introduced me to a new product to assist with applying my new foundation and provided the added benefits of purchasing my new brush. He was genuine, professional, friendly, beautiful and informative lol! And because of him, and Brittany I am forever a customer of MAC on Chestnut! Some of the other stores can def use some customer service training simply by shadowing the Chestnut St artists. Thank you for marking my Sunday...

I’m almost 2 months late writing this review but better late than never! Dani, a makeup artist and manager to my knowledge, made me feel right at home! I was about to grab drinks before my birthday and she did the most natural looking eyebrow service on me. She had such a gentle touch and really great conversation! In just 15 minutes she gave me a beautiful boost of confidence ! I hope Mac realizes how wonderful of an employee...

The artists here are very knowledgeable and listened to me when I was in search of some new products. Also, I have very dry undereyes and discoloration and the Mac Artist did a great job doing my make up with these concerns in mind.
