MetroClub Condominium — Local services in Philadelphia

I cannot say enough about Metro Club. I am lucky enough to have gotten a rental here and moved in June, 2022. The building manager, Patrick, was helping me plan for my move in months in advance. He was helpful in answering questions and finding resources. The day of move in was not easy for me as I moved alone from Michigan. Phil who works the front desk during the week was a huge support that day, as were the porters, Ricky and Ralph. After living a few weeks in the building, I became really sick and couldn't leave my apartment. Patrick the building manager went out of his way to help me coordinate my deliveries. Olivia works the front desk during the week in the evening and is so sweet! She goes out of her way to be polite and even offered to bring me a plate of food up when I was sick. Allen is one of the weekend front desk people and is very nice and called numerous times to make sure I received all my deliveries. I truly feel like I hit the lottery with this apartment - I rented sight unseen and couldn't be happier with my decision. The views and location are top notch. The pool is beautiful. Everyone is so nice!! You will not regret moving here.

You can't find a more ideally centralized location in terms of accessibility to various major traffic arteries. But it's not actually in what you could call a neighborhood and you can tell by the consistently unpleasant disposition of the nighttime lobby attendant who's name I won't mention. On the sidewalks near there you're more likely to witness a car accident than anyone waving to another...
