$160 IN THE TRASH!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life!!! Not only was the costumer service terrifying! The women said she was going to kill her self over the phone simply because I asked if I can move my appointment up and asked why I would be charged ! I was charged $20 just to have my appointment moved up, ORIGINAL appointment was at 1:45pm, I moved it to 2:30pm. And you can’t pay when you get there you have to cash app or Venmo! Very unprofessional! The Women (in the photo) who I spoke with was crying and screaming on the phone and I was so scared, I was driving in the car with my 6year old daughter while she was screaming on my speaker through the drive free head set! I was so polite to her and she lied and said I yelled at her and she hung up on me. I didn’t know what to do. I tried to calm the woman down to let her know I was thankful for her help, but she just kept talking about if she wanted to kill her self she will and I was soo scared and confused I just had questions that’s all!!! When I arrived the message was absolutely TERRIBLE! No pressure!! When I asked for more pressure the women huffed and snarled with an attitude! I have sciatica and nerve damage in my lower back, I was expecting to get a nice deep tissue massage and she never once touched my lower back!!!! This was not a real message! The women just rubbed on my body the whole time and was rushing! I almost cried when I left ! I’m so emotional writing this! I just wanted to have a spa day with my sister and I left in tears!! Read moreTook my daughter here for a full body & foot massage & they did in fact do as I asked & massaged her not roughly but just right so she can enjoy it according to her own preferences. Some people like to be massaged extremely rough but me & my daughter do not, so that was a plus in itself. My only complaint was that they are on the second floor & there are steps out front as well so there was not a single way for a wheelchair user like myself, to get inside which meant I had to leave back to the hotel until she was done. That part made me feel somewhat bad cause every business establishment should have wheelchair accessibility at this point. If my money is good enough to be taken than there should also be an available seat for me in the waiting area.
That didn't take away from the incredible experience my daughter had. Prices may change from time to time because please keep in mind that at times they have promos or some sort of special deal that will not be available for too long. I paid $80 for 1 hr full body massage & 30 mins of a foot massage for my princess.
One more thing that I was caught off guard with was when the gentleman on the phone told me the total & than told me "That's not including the tip." I replied "I know" & he than said, "Ok just making sure you know." Tips are not an obligation but when you tell a customer some thing like that it makes you sound desparate & unprofessional. My tip would have been bigger if he hadn't said that.

I brought 10$ in cash but they charged 10$ for extra time! I ask if they took Apple Pay they said yes but at the end they DIDNT. So I took a picture of their Venmo and told them I DID NOT HAVE VENMO, just Zelle But I would ask my husband to Venmo them! So I was yelled at. And they called someone else, who also yelled at me. It was a gift, I would tip them, but this kind of treatment? Very very embarrassing. I’m not going back to that establishment.

Establishment will never admit, you were on speaker after, before they were yelling and not talking to me! Also, if you were on the phone you could definitely hear how embarrassed I was.They were pointing and talking in another language, THEN they call you. Is not my obligation to have any of those apps! I’m sorry! They literally treated me like I was “stealing” something when I was walking downstairs. I finish this saying: I TRY. I try with Apple Pay, but all I had was the 10$ cash.
