I can’t say enough incredible things about working with Ben!!! My engagement ring was a family heirloom & I really wanted a custom, modern wedding band. I visited several jewelers before Ben who weren’t able to make my vision come true because of the shape of the engagement ring. Ben was up for the challenge! He came up with several sketches for me to choosfrom & figured out a wavision come to life.

Flash forward a few months, I have had recurring issues with my engagement ring (the family heirloom) cracking and not fitting my finger. I had the ring resized FOUR times & the issue kept happening. Finally, I brought it to Ben who took the time to research what was happening and actually came up with a solution that works. My engagement ring now fits perfectly and it’s not cracking.

Recently, I had a necklace specially made for my niece for the holidays. The necklace was designed and completed within three days! The customer service is truly next level. Finally, Rubin, the owner, along with his staff, is the epitome of kindness. His smile and laugh is infectious, and he is always around to assist you! I cannot say enough positive things about Workshop Underground. My husband and I stumbled into the store one day and were immediately awed by how beautiful the displays and jewelry are. We saw that they had wedding rings available, and struck up conversation with Ruben and Bopa. They toured us around the store, offered us some beverages, and shared their business and design ideas with us—we immediately felt like family. I brought my mother in for a ring fitting and she ALSO fell in love with the store. She bought an infinity band there, which she had wanted for a long time, and could not stop raving about Ruben and Bopa and her whole experience working with them.
