This spot is something in-between a cafe with a casual dine-in food options, first time I came just for coffee and got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Salted Foam; the salted foam really balanced out the sweetness from the condensed milk, it was lovely!
Today I took myself out to lunch, and Iâm so happy I gave the food a chance! I was a bit wary it would be too americanized from the menu (Iâm a bit particular about preserving certain authentic flavors) but I love me a good fusion place done right, and this place got it 100% right. I got the Bulgogi Beef Banh Mi (and added pickled carrot and daikon on the sideâa must! Please try it with it!) and I was in love. The kimchi would mix with the mayo and the beef was so so tender and juicy, it was glistening. The bread was perfectly carved out and toasted and didnât kill your gums while still giving you that satisfying crunch with every bite. We canât forget about how the Taro Chips that came with it was the perfect final touch! Super thin sliced and crispy, salted just enough with a kiss of lime that complimented every bite with the hoagie. I loved it so much that everything was gone before I took another breath!
I also got the Ube Coffee, which is your classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee with an Ube Cold Foam, and it was super yummy! The ube made it even creamier while still giving you the robust Vietnamese Coffee punch. This time I loved so much that, I slowly sipped it to keep savoring it instead haha
This is a super casual but extraordinary Vietnamese fusion spot that makes both amazing food and coffee, I already canât wait to come back and try the rest...
Read moreI am officially hooked on this little cafe, itâs a true asset to the neighborhood, and we are very lucky to have Saigon Grace. Each coffee drink is an experience. So far, I have not met a drink here that I didnât love. It is tough for me to choose between the dalgona latte, Viet iced coffee with salted foam, and Viet iced coffee with ube foam â they are currently in a three-way tie. I also highly enjoyed the Viet iced coffee with chocolate crackle.
As far as food, they make the most wonderful shrimp and pork rolls, with tender, flavorful pork, a killer chicken vermicelli platter, and a delicious banh mi, with crusty bread sourced straight from the iconic Ba Le. Look forward to trying more food and drinks from the menu. Owner is kind and passionate about what he does. Total...
Read moreDefinitely recommend for the most amazing food. The beverages are so delicious, Highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee topped with salted foam it has just the perfect amount of foam to coffee ratio with each sip and the Mango tajin icedtea was delicious with chunks of fresh Mango, the thai ice milk tea was also very good. For starters we had the taro chips love the thin crispness of the chips paired with a flavorful dipping sauce. The Vietnamese spring rolls are perfectly crispy with lots of flavor served with a flavorful dipping sauce. We had the pork Banh MI and the Bulgogi Beef Bowl, each dish was full of flavor, and generous servings. Dessert was a mango matcha pannicotta with mango puree that was out...
