Wish I could give 0 stars. Went there for the 1st time found Sammy on instagram. Total cut was $96 with tip. I didnā€™t like it at first but thought it was just the way she styled it so I went home & washed it styled it myself saw it was very bad & I requested a refund. I was told ā€œI donā€™t do refunds but come back in & Iā€™ll fix itā€ I told her absolutely not I wonā€™t risk her making it worse. She offered to refund me my tip so she sent me $25 I made a TikTok about how bad it was & it got a few comments agreeing with me so she sent me another $20 .. I the decided to straighten my hair to see just how bad it was and it was worse then I expected so I made another post which got a good amount of attention & everyone telling me I 100% am not wrong for expecting a refund & after hundreds of comments she finally late last night sent me the last $51 of my refund. Not only did she give me a horrible cut but her customer service was...

If you want a true hair artist - Aisha is your girl! The first time I came in, I was ready for a change, and she delivered a TOTAL transformation. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt her creativity, confidence, and care come through in every step of the process. She designed a custom color and cut that not only suited me, but it elevated me. Iā€™ve been going to her ever since!!

First time here and I left Sammyā€™s chair so in love with my hair. She executed a slay so flawless and effortlessly, I have not felt this rejuvenated in so long!! I walked in with long hair extensions and highlights and walked out with a bomb full warm bright blonde and last minute decided on a sharp-short-bob cut. The transformation I didnā€™t know I needed and she rose to the occasion!!

Iā€™m pretty specific with any beauty services I get and donā€™t usually try new people but I am honestly so obsessed after the first visit, I found my new Hair God!!

P.S. The salon is new, super clean and has the upscale vibe....

I can confidently say that she is an incredibly skilled and trustworthy stylist. She makes sure to use high quality products that nourish and protect my hair, ensuring that the end result is not only visually stunning but also healthy. The salonā€™s ambiance is very inviting and chic, with comfortable seating and a clean kept space. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great hair experience!
