This was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in years. This store was recommended to us because of the good bakery & meats departments, normally do not shop Basha’s because there are many other stores in our area. This store was ridiculously dark upon entering, most if not all employees were rude, but the worst was trying to ring up 3 “manager’s special” items through self checkout. Other store’s SCO systems are straightforward and simple. This store has you scan the item barcode, flip the red tag over, scan, peel tag off and deposit it in a slot in the register. Ok, not too complicated if the barcode would’ve actually scanned. Called a cashier over, who could’ve scanned the other 2 simple items that were red tagged.. but nooo. She ended up leaving, called another rude cashier AND the manager over and that cashier ended up scanning a $25 item TWICE before telling us “That’s what the main registers are for, but I get it I like to scan my stuff myself too.” This was a mistake we did not catch until outside in the parking lot, and after being stressed out and having to go back to my vehicle for my wallet, I went to Customer Service. To my surprise they were talking about me! “ Shhh here he is.” Unbelievable. Then the same cashier that rang the item up wrong had the audacity to say, “Now explain to me why I see one for $24.97 and one for $17.97?” Umm because that’s how you chaotically rang it up before scolding us for using SCO. Got my money back for the cashier’s mistake, and left feeling far more upset than this trip was even worth. Shame on you, Edward and SCO cashiers. I will make sure to give your store bad PR any...

I love this store. I prefer shopping here over any other grocery store, because I like that their employees have been there so long, they keep FRESH produce and meats, and have a good selection. I don't feel their prices are any more than what you would pay at a national chain, as long as you use their Personal Thank You system. I have saved thousands of dollars with it. I appreciate the fact that they are a local business, and put money back into our community. They also offer a senior discount day every month, and a free cake for your child's birthday, because no kid should have to go without a cake, even if their parents can't afford to buy one. It's always a pleasure to shop here, and I always leave in a great mood. The staff is always all smiles, and helpful in all areas. If you go in, make sure to say hello to Ms. Mary in the bakery. She may even give you a...

For forty years this Bashas has been our go - to for bakery goods! Donuts, Italian bread, crusty bread are favorites!!

Recently, the bakery has not been meeting the mark when it comes to their production. Certainly many reasons could be assigned to speak to this change.

It becomes difficult to depend on their hot and fresh crusty bread when they don't prioritize their bakery production.

We shop for all grocery items but also shop the sales amongst competition. Hard to spend more for items when they are available elsewhere for significant discounts at times.

Never considered going anywhere else for bakery items until now. This Bashas has always been our neighborhood market.

The associates in this store still deserve four stars as they are some of the...

This bashas is a great neighborhood supermarket. The deli area has delicious pre-made salads, pre-made hot food, fresh sandwiches, and great soups. The bakery has incredible freshly baked pastries, pies, sweets, donuts, bagels and so much more. The produce section is always very well kept and clean. The produce is usually very fresh. They have a great little florist in there with beautiful flowers. Overall the store is always very clean and very organized. A lot of the staff have been there many many years and offer excellent customer service. They also have a very big liquor and beer selection to accommodate all budgets. If you're in the area check this bashes out, it is a great neighborhood supermarket

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I spent $23 on this cake for my sons 5th bday party. In my opinion it looks like it was rushed although I ordered it about 4 days in advance. The handwriting is very sloppy and I’m pretty disappointed that I spent money on it. I will say, the cakes flavor was good. But I also pay for looks and this is nothing like I wanted. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t pay $23 for it but I did.

This place is just awful! It’s dirty, dingy, poorly lit and they sell expired food- one item I bought was over a year expired! Another was actively fermenting! Lemons and limes are twice the price anywhere else, there’s no fresh jalapeños, Serranos, Thai chili or habaneros to be found. Rarely can I buy French bread, the bakery is awful. I wish someone would buy this place and turn it into a good grocery store.
