I had a great experience dealing with your store I purchase Six (6) chairs and a glass table. I had them shipped tp my home in New Jersey, after receiving the items I also had a white glove treatment in which they set up the table unfortunately the truckers did not know how to set it up and they installed it up side down so I had to take it apart and reassemble the table myself I also uncreated the three (3) boxes that contain the six (6) chairs I had to break down all the cardboard and dispose of the cardboard thru our recycle system we have setup in our town when I felt that they should have broke down all the boxes a dispose of all the cardboard. the thing that up set me is that it was not stated anywhere that all the products that I purchase was made in CHINA. When you have a store that is named Copenhagen you would assume that it was made in Denmark ,well its not an until I received all of the chair and glass table is when I found out that it was Made In China. I have to let you know that I'm a Vietnam veteran and I try to make all my purchase to be made in USA, if I knew that the chairs an the table were made in China I would have not made this purchase thats my only complaint. I must admit the chairs an the table are very well made but came at a cost $$$$$$. The prices that I purchase are very well made the chairs are steel chrome with black leather but they are the only dinning room chairs that recline weather design. I will probably will make future purchase thru Copenhagen but the first question that ill ask is where are they made, Your company seams to find quality products to office to the general public until next time Stay Safe and Stay...

I had a fabulous experience Copenhagen and I never even set foot in the store! I was interested in a particular Media Console by BDI that a media technician had recommended to me. I called the Scottsdale store & spoke to Jeff about the console. Jeff determined that they had the console in stock and informed me that it would be going on sale at the end of the next week. I was interested in saving some money, but they only had 3 of these consoles so I was concerned they might all sell if I waited to purchase. Jeff offered to write my sale up at the current price and hold it until the sale when he would rewrite my ticket at the lower price, thus guaranteeing I would get the console AND the sale price.

Jeff set up an account for me on Copenhagen’s website so I could make payments on my purchase. That process was very simple, too. I also arranged for Copenhagen to deliver my furniture for which there was a $75 fee. It later turned out that the company that was installing my new TV & electronics was willing to pick up the cabinet from Copenhagen & deliver it for free. Copenhagen was gracious & cooperative about that process & refunded the $75 delivery fee to my credit card.

The Media Console is beautiful & perfectly built to accommodate electronic equipment. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Not having to go to the store was of particular benefit to me since I was recovering from surgery & unable to drive when all this was going on. Thank you...

We moved to Phoenix five years ago and bought a lot of furniture at Ladlows in Scottsdale. Unfortunately, the two very expensive leather recliners we bought were so uncomfortable that after two years of repeated adjustments to the padding, we gave up on them and decided to go to La-Z-Boy to try a pair of their famed for comfort recliners. We bought a pair of their most expensive electric motion recliners and paid extra for the best padding and highest quality covers they had available. Big mistake...they lasted only one year before they began to literally fall apart. They were very noisy when operating, the padding again failed, and the supposedly pill resistant fabric also began to pill badly. We finally did what we should have done in the first place and went to Copenhagen Furniture in Phoenix and bought a pair of what they call their "Queen" electric leather recliners. They are by far the best quality and most comfortable chairs we have ever purchased. The staff, especially Lars Hansen and the delivery team, could not have been better. Best of all, the regular, non-sale price we paid, was lower than we paid for the chairs we bought at Ladlows and La-Z-Boy. Copenhagen Furniture will be our first place to shop for furniture or recommend to others...
