Well I unfortunately can't say I like this place. If you watch my posts generally you will find that I am an easy going, neutral force within any setting. However, I found it really hard to not get out of my element here on several occasions. Meaning, I wanted to speak to speak to the OWNER and let him know how BAD this place IS shortly after arriving!! Coming from another state and recently relocating to an area, your pretty open and are just trying to meet friends and have a good time right? Clearly not the case here. Once seated in the bar we felt very unwelcomed and the waiter NOT ONCE greeted us NOR OFFERED assistance in taking our order! Several times he did come over and reach across us, snatching things off the table without excusing himself, STILL NOT asking If we needed help ordering, NEVER ONCE looking at us and being sociable! I'm not a master marketer but I'm pretty sure that's NOT HOW BUSINESS SURVIVES! He was VERY RUDE and even was overheard at the bar commenting about not serving us because we were probably cheap..a stereotypical misnomer of minority people. Perhaps if he would have been polite and did his job instead of not wanting to serve us, he wouldn't have had to worry in advance about a tip, that we can see clearly see he didn't deserve and didn't work for. Simple math... Too good to acknowledge and service =$0 tip! But the fun doesn't stop there!!! You can stand at the bar and never get served as the bartender walks back and forth serving who he chooses vs who's next, and when you ask for assistance he ALSO is rude as hell! It was a seemingly impossible and wasted night so we just had to make our own fun. Luckily there were some other baseball fans in there with our same personality and we managed to laugh through it and even dance to a couple of tunes, and make it fun. But all in all, as for the staff and bar, I just want to say, it was my birthday night...thanks for NOTHING! Your bar is a huge 👎🏽& mistake! The birthday girl

I had a great experience at Crown Public House. Its location, situated between the baseball field and the basketball area, makes it a convenient spot for sports enthusiasts. The best part is that it's easily accessible from the light rail, adding to its convenience. Now let's talk about the food. The poutine at Crown Public House was absolutely fantastic. The combination of crispy fries, rich gravy, and perfectly melted cheese curds was a delight to my taste buds. The portion size was generous, and the flavors were on point. I ate it too quickly for a photo! The ambiance of the pub was cozy and inviting. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had a pleasant dining experience. The menu had a good variety of options, catering to different preferences. Overall, I highly recommend Crown Public House, especially if you're in the mood for some mouthwatering poutine and a hangout spot before any game! With its convenient location, great food, and friendly service, it's definitely worth a visit

Honestly the Place looked awesome and staff was amazing! But the food was over salted burgers ! The potatoes salad was runny and large chunk without flavor or seasoning! The potatoe wedges were awesome and the best thing we had! Get those! The fish was bad , really bad like it was hard to chew and tasted old and when I question if it was fresh, they told me it was purchase Saturday this is Monday! This fish was was definitely way older than that or at least left out to rot! Had a sour after taste and I knew instantly I was gonna be sick! It made us both sick! I do not recommend the fish! The Bartender was on point and she gave us our drinks with a smile and wonderful service! The appetizer was Pretzel bits and they were burnt and flavorless! The reality is this place meant well , great location but failed miserably on the food! Because we got sick I refuse to give more than two stars! But the service and atmosphere saved this place from a one star!

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin my review. I went about three weeks ago and received the worst experience of my life. Firstly, my sister and I were in the seating area where there is a large sign saying something along the the lines of “Please wait to be seated.” We’re there for a good amount of time and I noticed the waiter (pale woman, lots of tattoos, blue eyes) looking over at us many times without saying anything, so I ask if we’re supposed to seat ourselves. After we seat ourselves, she comes over to ask us what we’d like to drink while acting in a very passive way, as if we were wasting her time. I order a drink and finished it before my meal came out, yet I didn’t get any refills the whole hour and a half we were there. We eventually order, and for one, she brings out the wrong order, picks it up, and drops it back on the table. At this point, my sister and I were extremely uncomfortable and came to the conclusion we weren’t going to leave a tip. The server was on her phone going back in the kitchen to grab our food which made things even worse because you never know what people can do to your food. When the food came out, she never checked on my table until it was time for the bill, and believe me, I am not a fan of pulling the race card, but she was lingering around tables of non-POC customers. Maybe a deeper dive is necessary when hiring servers. Other than this dreadful service, the hot honey chicken wings were pretty good and we did score free fries due to the mistake of the service. If I decide I ever want to support the Crown after an event like this, it will...

This place owes me 5 stars for keeping my patience. They would get 0 stars if allowed. Yes, I'm completely annoyed, and im pretty much the most patient person you'll me. My tolerance for pain is pretty high too. Yes they were busy tonight, but they had many open tables and were happy to seat the 4 of us immediately. That was the last of any service received. Husband bragged about how good the food was, but Ill never try it. He goes here after Diamondback games often, but they lost him as a customer. They walked around our table and wouuld not acknowledge our presence nor take our order. They ran into my chair and leaned on our table taking the order for the people next to us. No apology or anything like "so sorry we are busy, be with you as soon as we can" ... nothing. Very strange because they stopped at every table around us and very blantently ignored us. Took orders for for tables seated after us. They could tell we had no service. No drinks on our table phones out with menu open ready to order. Nope nada. Embarrasing.

45 minutes passed, and we left. We bought drinks at the bar, but felt we werent welcome. Gave up. The servers were friendly as we were leaving, saying "Thanks for coming!" Ok, we were patient until that. Dont go there. They dont want your business. Avoid and go to the places nearby, this place sucks.

Bartnder acknowledged service sucks, but not enough to bring us back. Never had that happen ever. Call me dramatic, but yeah, they are not in the right biz.

Thank me later for saving you...
