Went for the big game, at first it was fine. The host was accommodating. I tipped him a $20 before we even ordered food. That was all that I can say good about it.
Ordered the Cajun Flatbread. Bland af.
The place was freezing cuz they had the door open in the middle of winter. When addressing it to a server, he claimed it was the open garage door at one of the bars and that the heater was already on. It was a lie; 15 min later it started warming up in there.
Asked my server for a Michelada, they gave me a Bloody Mary instead. When I addressed it with the bartender (older, chubby blonde lady) she claimed she's ALWAYS made Michelada with bloody Mary mix and NOT clamato at EVERY job she's worked at. I told her that was the definition of a Bloody Mary, not a Michelada. It was very difficult for her to understand the difference, which made her incompetence quite apparent.
They kept carding me at the sportsbook kiosk and at the sportsbook itself. When making a bet every second counts sometimes. This was one of those times. Lost money because they wasted my time.
My dad joined me (77yo Latino) and we had a few beers, since I didn't trust the bartender to make what I ACTUALLY ordered. We didn't over drink, had on average a drink an hour over 5 hrs. My dad wanted to get a virgin bloody Mary from the bar. The bartender refused to serve him and told him to return to our table and wait for the server, who wasn't as attentive since he was working most of the restaurant floor (waiting 20 min just to order a drink). This should've been a non-issue. My dad then complained briefly about the situation and returned to our table.
Then the 20yo manager came to our table and told us he was throwing us out. My dad and I were very confused as to why. He just kept saying he was cutting us off when we haven't ordered a drink in over an hour. He got really aggressive when trying to get my dad's credit card to pay the bill. I tried to explain that his bartender was being ignorant and obviously didn't understand what my dad was asking for. But he didn't care about our patronage being legitimate and that his staff was in the wrong. But try to tell a white 20yo male anything when you're a Latino geriatric or a Latino woman. He was more interested in harassing us instead.
Pretty sure an establishment can't require payment once they've 86'd a guest.
I feel bad for the waiter the most, he's out a $50 tip because of his coworkers' mishandling his table. Oh well. Maybe the host will share. I won $600 off them anyway, which they refused to let me cash out at the end of the game.
My dad and I are from Vegas; we've worked in the industry for decades. I'm a certified bartender, my dad was a dealer, my grandfather was a restaurant owner. The bartender and the restaurant manager give Guy Fieri and Caesars Sportsbook a bad rep. Not acceptable where we're from.
They need to learn how to do their jobs...

First, we walked into a small, super boring looking restaurant with no hostess stand, just a table right in front of the bathrooms. A man walked up to us with no greeting, making it a little awkward. We asked for a table for two, and he said he had some seats at the bar. We specifically asked if it was an indoor or outdoor bar, which he said was indoor.
We sat at the end of the bar. The seats were so low that the top of the table came up to our chests. Although we were technically sitting inside, the bar is an indoor/outdoor bar, so there’s a huge opening to the outside. With the large opening and absolutely no AC circulation, it was so hot and uncomfortable the entire time.
The service was just ok. The wait for the drinks and food was a little slow. We ordered the bbq wings, which state that they come with a side of onion strings, but those were missing. We also ordered the primetime American Kobe burger with fries, which was all pretty bland. All of the food was very below average. I’ve read some reviews saying customers’ expectations are too high, but $20 for a burger is a bit steep and yes, I would expect it to be delicious! All of the drinks are also served in plastic cups. It just made it all feel very cheap.
The weirdest part was when it came time to pay. The bartender brought over the portable credit card terminal and asked us to look over the order to make sure everything looked right. We said yes, and she asked us to insert our card. The gratuity page came up and without any hesitation, pausing, or asking, the bartender proceeded to select a 20% tip for herself and then asked if we wanted a receipt. I’ve heard of a required gratuity amount for large groups, but it was just myself and my husband. It was just very awkward and weird for her to assume how much we wanted to tip, or that we wanted to leave a tip on our card, and not in cash.
So overall, we would not recommend this restaurant. Below average service, bland, boring, overpriced food, extremely hot and uncomfortable setting, and you don’t even get to select the amount you tip! We were so looking forward to trying this restaurant, but I can say for sure this visit will be our...
Read moreThe location is great if you’re going to a Diamondbacks game, or Suns, Mercury game.
When walking to it, there is only Cesar’s Sportsbook signs from the north and east ( ballpark side) so you’re not really sure you’re in the right place until you go inside.
Very limited menu, but what they do offer is express train to flavortown ! The bartender Dallas was awesome attentive and friendly! I had both the Bbq and Buffalo wings as appetizers. These were 5⭐️, no joke. I’m always disappointed in wings here in the valley, these are different right out the gate. These wings / drumlets are thicker and juicier with real meat first off, not sure where he sources them but they actually taste fresh vs freezer burned and destroyed in hot grease. The sauce on the Bbq wings was coated and cooked so well the skin waa almost carmelized texture with it before the wet sauce coating. The flavor of this sauce is totally on point when you talk flavor, like no other, tell me where to get it I’m buying a case! Needless to say the flaver combined with the quality of the chicken 🍗 and how moist it was - Bam 💥 homerun baby! The Buffalo wasn’t a let down either, not to forget the blue cheese wasabi dipping sauce! Main course was the Kobe burger for me and my brother in law had the pulled pork burger 🍔 The flavor of the Kobe burger wasvery good as was the onion jam on it but the bun didn’t hold up well and 1/3 the bun was left because all the grease it absorbed- the only downside The pulled pork sandwich tasted amazing with the pickle and coleslaw, it was perfect We were here Saturday 2 1/2 hours before the baseball game, only seating available was at the bar, which was perfect for us guys with a huge 3 screen setup behind the bar and the put the Mariner’s game on fir us as a bonus! Dallas our bartender / server was aces. Limited seating inside, 106* out i prefer a/c over their nice patio beer garden set up. Limited menu of lije 12 things total, poor signage, greasy bun , otherwise it would be 5 stars ⭐️ rather than 4 for me. I will return Oh fir gambling types theres cesar’s sportsbook kiosks inside on...
