My experience with this parking company was extremely disappointing. Attending an all-day event at the convention center, I expected some flexibility in parking arrangements, but I was sorely mistaken. Despite paying a hefty $30 fee upfront, they refused to allow re-entry during the day. This meant that any breaks or meals outside of the center would incur an additional $30 charge upon return. This policy is not only unreasonable but also incredibly inconvenient for attendees who need to step out for necessities like food or fresh air. The lack of tourist-friendly options in Phoenix's parking scene is frustrating and reflects poorly on the city's hospitality. If you value convenience and fair treatment, steer clear of this parking company. We spend 3 days attending this event and had to spend $60 a day in parking....

The best way to enter this garage is off of Monroe or Van Buren. The entrance will be across from ASU. The ticket is sensor-activated, so you can just wave your hand and you'll get one. As I recall, pricing is reasonable - ~4 an hour; just know if you get done earlier than an hour, you still get charged for the hour. Also, note that on events, they do have event-day pricing- i.e. $30 a day for the event. What's nice about this garage is it's shaded and there's accessible parking spots. Also, it opens out righto the Heritage Square area which features the Arizona Science Center Museum. That side entrance connects right to the accessible pavement outside. Note too, if you do go to the museum, you can validate your parking and get a discount. Entry and exit was not too bad- there are signs...

Getting in was easy, all automated. Getting OUT was a different story. Only one cashier on a very busy Saturday. We had to wait 40 minutes in line to pay, to exit the garage on 2-15-2020. It was around 1:30 pm. Thankfully, I wasn't being charged by the hour because I had my parking validated for a $5.00 flat fee.Others were paying by the hour and I'm sure the wait time was added to their bill.There was a HUGE line behind me, I would hate to see how long they waited.The parking cashier was very nice and told me the 2nd cashier person wasn't scheduled until 3pm.
