My boyfriend and I's experience at this location was horrible. The hostess was amazing, very friendly and always smiling plus we were seated right away. However our waitress had a horrible attitude and did not seem to want to be serving us. It took at least 10 minutes to get our beers and another 15 to get our appetizer which was slightly cold from sitting out and being ignored for some time. About 5 minutes passed after we finished our appetizer and another table of 6 were seated diagonal from us by the same hostess and being served by the same waitress. They got their drinks almost immediately and by this time we had been waiting on our main course for over 45 minutes. The waitress came up and re filled our 2nd beer also taking a lengthy time to return with them and let us know there is a birthday going on and it would be just a little longer. We waited another 15 minutes or so for our food when we watched wings and main courses being placed in front of the party of 6 that arrived about 30 minutes after we did. When the waitress saw this she came over and asked us if we have gotten our meal when it was obvious we had not. She went to go speak to a manager that had been standing behind me doing nothing but talking the entire time my boyfriend and I had been sitting there. He seemed to roll her complaint off his shoulders and walked away to go and help another server. My boyfriend and I enraged over the horrible service left our beers at the table and walked out the front door.
The floor was covered in food for 30 and 40 min before someone would clean it up, our waitress had a bad attitude and avoided us quite often, and the managers care more about talking than making sure their customers are being served and taken care of. I will never be returning to this location and will advise every one I know not to as well. This location is a serious down grade and gives buffalo wild wings a bad name. Read moreI’ve been here many times & tonight was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Our party of 3 was seated at 8pm. Drinks (3), appetizers (1) & our meals (2) were ordered no later than 8:15. When the server brought our drinks out every soda that was ordered was flat. We let it go as we just figured maybe the co2 needed to be replaced. Another round of soda brought out, still flat. We let the server know they were flat & his response was “Did you want me to add some soda water? It’ll be the same thing.” My husband & I looked at each other & before we could even respond he walked away & said “let me go check on that.” but never returned to our table. By around 8:45 we were finally brought our appetizer & a kids meal. Our server walked by multiple times doing rounds on his other tables & making sure they had full drinks & everything was ok but still we sat waiting for something to be said to us. Finally around 9pm I stopped him & asked how much longer it would be on the wings we ordered as everyone who was seated after us was already getting their food but we were still waiting. He responded very rudely w/ “yeah they are a little backed up back there you know but Ill go check on that.” He walked to the back, comes out with a tray of food but again it’s not ours. We wait until about 9:15 in hopes our food will finally make it out to us but again our server never returns to our table with an update & our food is never brought to us. I again stop him asking if we can just get our check so we can go. And again he proceeds to rudely respond “Your check for what?” I respond w/ “for whatever we were served” & he just looks at me & walks away. Read moreMy sister and I received horrible service at the Metro Center location. Someone that wasn’t my waiter brought my food but not my sisters and also didn’t bring the wings we ordered. Finally after about five minutes I managed to waste my way down and let him know he Left and came back with a chicken wings but still not my sisters food. By now I have realized that the table that w were seated after us with four people Had already received their food. Then the waiter came back again and said it would be a couple more minutes is they were waiting for her fries which I don’t understand because I have fries too so why were they not cooked at the same time? I had ordered a cheeseburger and she had a buffalo chicken wrap. Proceeded to wait a few more minutes while I noticed a bunch of employees standing around at front not doing anything but socializing. Meanwhile my food was sitting there getting cold and my sister still didn’t have hers. At this point I was Extremely unhappy we decided to leave I let the staff know what happened and said goodbye. I will never return. This was my first trip to Buffalo wild wings and it will be my last. I understand that some locations are better than others but it has soured me on the whole company. I Need to stick with a restaurant that has adults working there’ll. Also I forgot to add that when we were seated we were seated at a booth that had a big crack in the seat even though there was many other booths available why would they use a seat that has a crack in it.
