Prebooked parking on the ParkWhiz app and drove to the correct location . The man that was working told us we were in the wrong location and we had to drive two blocks down. He also told us that he would only take cash if we paid for our ticket.
I contacted customer service from parkwhiz and they told me I was in the right location.
I decided to park in a different garage but believe the management that is physically overseeing this garage may be double dipping. I definitely reported this to ParkWhiz customer service since the man was giving false information.
