Mike and I, went did tour at Hobbs station 1/23/25. We had a great tour with Rebecca.. After we've moved in. Rebecca is amazing Manager. She really genuinely cares for each residence and fur babies. She gave us our tour of Grand place. We moved in March 7th. We are very happy for our apartment we chosed. Very Satisfied how Rebecca took us around and made us feel welcomed. They do all kinds events here. The amenities are on 1st and 3rd floor. We are amazed. They do Salsa classes, Zumba and lots of variety for all ages to try. Rebecca was very Knowledgeable about Hobbs station. Very busy lady. She's very respectful and honest and happy person. She will go above and beyond to help people transfer and to feel right at home. Including, involving you at her and Edison events. Edison is leasing agent here. He's the man to talk to about issues and getting things done. He's like Rebecca. Equal and supportive. Ana is the salsa teacher here, she's amazing teacher, she can make your hips and feet move to sound of music. She has a heart of gold.. They are all star team. Jeremy is the only maintenance Crew here. He works very hard on the orders that get put in They are definitely animal lover community here. They treat them like family. They know ins and outs of the place. They care about the property and they will say hi to for sure. Definitely book a tour here. You'll be satisfied with your tour and want to move in. The apartments are spacious and big. You get more for your money. When they open up restaurants down stairs. You'll be happy. Lots of parking spaces and in garage. Great views. Different varieties of apartments to choose from. Lots of walking areas for your fur babies also. It's like you thrive to live a better life here. It's our place to call home.savannah is new here and she absolutely loves this place, she works hard and even does everything on the site. She loves her crew members and all the residents. She actually works hard in the community and her muse is Rebecca. Welcome to the team.

since moving in, it has been kind of a mid experience. Loud neighbors who scream and throw parties past 1 am, making it feel like the walls are paper thin though they arent. Inconvenient systems like making us redo our insurance though it couldve been done and taken care of from the start (4 months ago) Trash never being picked up on time always around 10p-midnight though there are trash rules for 5p-7p. Moments where the fire alarms have started blaring without any warning scaring my emotional support animal and myself. The little ability to communicate in a timely manner as everything feels so last second or thrown on. Dont get me wrong, these apartments are beautiful but come with the cons for sure. I like my space but im about to blow through the wall like the kool aid man at night if these people keep being beyond loud past midnight. Please set standards for quiet nights, as what i have to deal with is beyond frustrating and getting...

I’m very happy with my decision to move into Hobbs Station. The complex is brand new with spacious layouts, top-notch finishes, and a convenient location close to shops, the airport, and a quick drive to downtown. What really made the experience stand out was the amazing staff. Edison was my leasing agent, and with only three days to choose an apartment and two weeks to move due to a rushed relocation, he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Rebecca was also incredibly helpful during my move-in. Despite having a rough experience with my movers, Edison and Rebecca truly made the transition easier. I can’t recommend Hobbs...
