Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Plainfield

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. . The staff this Sunday was kind of slow to respond to people at the counter. The food is slow coming out of the kitchen. The portions are less than what they normally are, and the 'extra spinach' I paid for must translate into two extra leaves. The place is more than half empty and I see ten dirty tables piled with dishes. At least the folks working here are friendly... Just really, really slow.

Edit... This place is filthy. I thought I would give it a second chance and is even worse. Twice as many lazy people behind the register and every seat in the place is filthy including g the backs of the booths. My son ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac. The Buffalo Chicken Mac was a disappointment. There wasn't a cheese sauce to make this a Mac & Cheese dish. Instead there was crispy chicken on top of flavorless elbow pasta, Buffalo sauce, and then topped with dry shredded cheese that never melted. The meal was more reminiscent of a Buffalo Chicken Pasta not a Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese dish. My wife enjoyed eating her Pad Thai meal with beef. She liked it so much that her bowl was quickly emptied. I ordered the Zucchini Pesto meal with grilled chicken. I enjoyed the freshness of the Zucchini noodles that were Al dented, the juicy grilled chicken and the flavor of the pesto sauce. The only thing missing was crusty Italian bread to sop up the pesto sauce at the bottom of the bowl. The staff was very friendly, helpful...

An absolute joke of an establishment. I ordered the garlic cream zoodles with tofu (extra $3.75) and my partner ordered the buffalo chicken mac sub Impossible chicken (extra $4.00). As we waited I noticed the cook in the back had a glove on only one hand. After about 15 minutes we heard the expo worker say "these zoodles are pesto, I need garlic cream". The re-fire took at least another 12 minutes, meanwhile my partners food is getting cold and soggy. We finally get our "correct" order and leave. As I'm driving away and start eating, I noticed that there is no tofu I paid extra for. My partners Impossible chicken wasn't cook through and was almost frozen in the middle.
