Smoothie King — Restaurant in Plant City

On Friday May 16 at 7.42pm we went to the location in plant city! We always come here because we love it here every one is friendly and they make the best drinks! BUT on Friday May 16 at 7:42 pm we ordered a smoothie for my son that he ALWAYS orders however this time it tasted different. I even tasted it to confirm and it tasted horrible. it was just a simple strawberry and bananas smoothie we ordered and this tasted like Nothing.. I requested to make it again and the lady name Abigail had an actitud and remade it and tasted horrible again..obviously we left the drinks there even though we paid for them. I just had to leave because there was no point of arguing with people like that. I just need to leave this review to please RE TRAIN your staff who was there that day. We live close by and we will come back hoping we get another crew who actually cares about...

I was very impressed with the dedication of Amy. It was my first time at this store. The “guys” were super busy and the line backed up a bit. Amy was on her way out probably for the day, yet she turns back around to take my and others’ orders. That’s incredible as I’m sure she had completed her shift, but she out her customers first before her own need to depart (that’s servant leadership)and that’s not always the case with other establishments. The most amazing thing is that she did it with a big smile on her face and made me feel important enough not to make me wait. Amy needs to be cloned and if possible, give her a raise. Been coming to this Smoothie King ever since the doors opened. Every time I have come in or ordered on the best app ever, both the owner Jeremy and manager Carlos have taken amazing care of me. Order ahead of time and it takes 10-20 min for your smoothie or fresh acai bowl to be completed. It is a great meal supplement, with real fruit, vegetables, and whatever add-ons you want to put in. Menu and prices below range from $10-$15. Lastly, why would you not want to support this business considering they are recognizing kids in the community for their local achievements and allowing local entrepreneurs to showcase their business cards here.
