Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Plantation

I went to Men Warehouse in Plantation Florida yesterday. What a horrible experience To start, the outside is durty, looks like there is a remo going on. When we entered the store, nobody said hi We started to look for 2 suits, i got one and went to see how it fits. The pant was too big on me so i told my partner, please get someone, we need assistance. My partner went to a young lady and told her we need some help, the answer was..... im busy.... and walked away..... He tried with another guy, this young guy helped us with the pants, and called the expert to take measurement because i need the pants to be skinny. An older lady showed up, with a very bad attitude, told me to stand up, did some marks on the jacket sleeves and on the end of the pant legs and told me,,, that is it. you can take it off... I told her that the pants wore too wide, that i need to make them.... and she stopped me saying.... i know, i got you take it of i told her, but i like them mor... and she stopped me again, saying that she knew what has to be done.... and repeated that 4 times i told her you did not measured my leg and how wide i want the pant legs and she told me... for real? for real? for real? for real? .... 4 times with her body against the wall and her hand on her waist.... so rude and so disrespectful. I told her i know you are an expert and that you know how to do your job, but you don't know how i want this, how wide i like the pants,,, that is a preference... and she told me again.... is this for real?? 4 times, and she keep repeating,, i got this.... refusing to listen what i need or how i want the pants to be. I turned around, changed and when i walked out of the dressing room, nobody was there, not the lady not the young male. I left the pants on top of the counter and walked away with my partner. We wore going to purchase 2 full suits. I did not happen. I refuse to be treated this way. There is no reason to treat people like this. Especially if you are going to spend $1000 in 2 custom suits. To be fair with this company, the same day we went to the men,s warehouse in aventura and the employee was very professional and we had a great experience. We end up purchasing one of the suits, we did not purchase the second one because they did not have my size on the jacket i need. But was a...

Worst Men's Wearhouse service ever received. Firstly, we went into the store about 10 minutes after it opened. We weren't able to tell the employees from the customers. There was a guy in a sloppy t shirt and jeans who instructed my husband that he was looking in the wrong section. I asked if he worked there and he said yes. Then a young guy also in a sweatshirt and jeans came over to help us. Never greeted us, never got his name. He just stood there until I asked if he worked there. My husband doesn't know what size he is, so asked if he could be measured and apparently not. He showed my husband some jackets and found one to fit him but they didn't have the right size pants. So the guy gave my husband a post it with the info for the suit and pants and told him he could order it online. Again my husband didn't know what size pants he does need. He has lost a lot of weight with health issues over the past year. Until I insisted, they didn't offer him the size he believed he would need to at least know the right size so when we ordered online we got the right size. So disappointed with the store. We were ready to spend 1000 dollars there but won't be spending a dime at that store. My husband has spent lot of money at Men's Wearhouse over the years. He has always been greeted by professional well dressed staff. He has always been measured and asked what he is looking for and had top notch service. This is what we expect. Not sloppy dressed employees who look like they just rolled out of bed to come to work to sell you a $500 suit. I've never seen anything so...

If you couldn't tell by all the terrible recent reviews, this place has gone down hill. Even though there store hours show open they keep the door locked and don't acknowledge your standing there. I only went inside after a customer was leaving. Very curious if the City of Plantation, Broward County and the state of Florida authorizes businesses to lock customers in their store and if that's a fire and safety hazard.

Anyways I went in for a return and the man named Cesear sighed multiple times during our conversation and didn't want to take my order number to look up the item. Instead, he said the entire order was returned which is amazing since I kept some of the items and obviously did not get a credit for the items I kept. He refused to look up the order by the order number and wouldn't even scan the item. His only response was he couldn't do anything and come back two days later when a manager was there. I mean, I didn't waste my time driving to mens warehouse to go back again two days later. So I called customer relations and they were magically able to see that the item wasn't returned.

Curious as to why I was treated rudely and he couldn't find the information but customer care and the Last associate who helped me was able to do it. I would never recommend this store to...
