I brought a 100 plus pound bale here . Now the staff is great with great attitudes and everything very helpful right .. the thing is I have personal bust Open a few bales myself because I'm a reseller. I know for a fact that they took way more then they paid for and hope I wouldn't notice the difference. Because I'm a none confrontational person lately I didn't make a big deal out of it . They had 7 articles of clothing in a lil tub which I chose not to even peek at because I knew what was going on . I kept a smile on my face but thought to myself I'll never bring another untouched bale here again without me knowing what's all in it so I could catalog and make them pay for the obvious theft . 100 pounds doesn't go to 70 from only 7 items being taken out š.. So yea make sure you know what's in your stuff and weight it like I did if it's ALOT so they don't put a huge you know what in you like they did me š. And for the items they had out for me to see they gave me $25 and some change for š¤£.. literally Robbed me and gave me nothing for what they let me see š¤¦šæāāļø. Also my name on here and email is the same as the name and address I used for the store to put me in . Look for my name and email me a date and time your available. Because 6 little white bags is insane to give me back when I get literally 4 big black garage bags full off of one bale š¤·šæāāļø....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this store a zero stars I would, The staff is extremely unprofessional, I brought my clothes all the way from Hollywood Florida to the store in plantation Florida, only to be disappointed with their non-knowledge of retail, The store is not customer friendly, I brought them some clothes in very good condition, to be told that they couldnāt buy the clothes because they were not casual clothes, the clothes I bought to them were casual, and some of them in new condition,The sales lady told me sheāll buy a pair sneakers for me, but then she told me there was a wait, I didnāt see nobody at the counter just people shopping, I said to give me an estimate before the wait , she told me she couldnāt because I had several people in front of me, which nobody was at the counter at the time, she told me the wait was an 1 hour and 30 minutes, she stated that she couldnāt give me an estimate until an hour and a half , keep in mind the store was not busy, this seem like a scheme so they can keep people in the store before buy their goods, that way they have more than enough time to pick up something they might like, so they can make money before buying the merchandise of the customers that are trying to sell clothes, sounds like fishing bait to me, very unprofessional...

Iāve been a customer at this specific Platoās Closet for two years now, so this time, I decided to sell some of my clothes. I went in with a big bag, and the girl serving me was already giving me attitude for no reason.
When I came back to pick up my bag, I was told they only took one itemāa pair of sunglasses. I didnāt even bother asking why they rejected the other items, but after going through the comments on Google, I can see why. The clothes I brought were washed, with no stains or holes, and some items were worn only once or twice. However, they were from smaller European brands.
Hereās the kicker: one of the shirts in my bag was actually bought from them! If it was good enough to sell before, how is it not now?
I understand that employees might look for more well-known brands, but half of your shelves are filled with Shein items that will fall apart after one washāthatās embarrassing. Not to mention, some of the items youāre selling have holes and stains on them.
Please teach your employees the difference between good quality and brand names. Oh, and customer service training is also much needed. Iāll never shop here againāyou didnāt just lose a seller, but...
