Today 6/3 at 10:58 am I had the privilege of experiencing the worst Starbucks drive through customer service. I am posting so the store owner has the opportunity to do a training with the drive through team. I won’t be going to this location in the future.
I ordered a Starbucks Strawberry Açaí refresher and received a drink with no inclusions and almost no base and 80% Trenta sized cup filled with ice.
The drink did not taste good. I order this regularly and asked the barista if anything could be done or if they had other customers offer the off taste feedback today. To which I was told “no, we mix the drink exactly how corporate tells us and that’s how it comes and nothing was wrong.” I preceded to ask if she had tried the base today, to which she said “no” I then asked how she would know if something was not right with the mixture and she again said “there’s nothing wrong with the mixture.”
Starbucks has a corporate policy is to remake drinks thay do not meet consumers expectations. That was not offered.

Read moreYour typical Starbucks with the drinks, not the most comfortable/relaxing location there is, lack of comfortable sittings. Even though it's way closer for me than the other locations around the area by 10 minutes, I prefer drive farther to the other ones if I'm going to hang out not just picking up a drink.
Some staff needed more training, I had couple of them trying to charge me for refills on my plain iced tea and plain iced coffee even though I purchased them with my gold member card and have been at the store the entire time. They said they don't see a free refill button, know nothing about it, and the one girl said she's been working there for three years and has always been charging everyone for refills. When I told her I've been getting free refills on those for years and from all of the locations (including the Pleasant Grove store) , she said "they must have been doing it wrong".
I wonder how out of all these years and the different locations I've been to, the two I met at this location today are only ones that's been doing...
Read moreI was having a rough morning and thought I'd treat myself to a nice coffee and breakfast before rushing off to a LONG work day. I ordered my favor hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich using the mobile app for quick pick up. When I got to the shop, I had to repeat my order at the drive-thru because they couldn't find it. Then after waiting in line for over 15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me I got to the window and the girl handed me my sandwich and a COLD/ICED coffee. At this point I'm running late for the train to work and didn't have time to make them correct it. At least I hot my sandwich. The coffee wasn't full, looked and tasted very sad. Also at 17° F a cold coffee was the last thing I wanted. When I get to the train I got to eat my hot sandwich and the sausage patty was still frozen in the middle. Needless to say this visit only succeeded in making an already rough morning even more sad...
