I ordered a handbag through the Mydesignerly website. I like the fact that you can make a (fair) offer if you want. After placing an order, you can request an authentication with a (reputable) thirdparty through them. It’s very easy and convenient and they didn’t charge me for it. I appreciate the extra service. The bag was shipped the same day I received the authentication. The bag was unfortunately not quite what I wanted, but they have a 7 day return policy. I reached out to customer service, who was extremely responsive. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase. The return process (free return!) was also easy and I had my refund back the day after they received the bag back. As with any type of resale of luxury goods, make sure you do research on your end also (oh and ask if there are any smells too, that doesn’t come out in photos :-) Highly recommend!! Super fast shipping! My beautiful Gucci Marmont bag was shipped out the same day I ordered it. It was so well wrapped! Bubble wrap, stuffing, the works! They provided a certificate of authenticity from Authenticate First when I asked for it. The customer service response through email was so fast. Melissa was very helpful while I was choosing the bag I wanted, she answered all my questions, was very attentive and always got back to me right away.
