If I could give no stars after todays call I would. My son is looking to propose to his girlfriend this month and we went into shop. The girl had told us two weeks and she would stay in touch this conversation all happened on November 9, 2024. Nothing as far as staying in touch with us. I called three weeks after to get an update I was like I had not heard and was like I will call. The person on the other end was the shop is waiting for the emerald. I was like this is unacceptable and was promise this ring will be here before my son proposes to his girlfriend. After a month of still not hearing from them, I decided to call. The person on the other end said you ordered the ring November 26 and I was like no my receipt says November 9 after a pause and coming back I was told the emerald is what held up the ring and is still at the shop. Again I said unacceptable since this was not what was communicated when we were shopping for this ring. I was told that Allie would call me back the next day and which she did not. I decided to call today and was told she told me 4 to 6 weeks, which I express in little more tone in my voice that was a lie and she hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I called again and now they will not pick up the phone. Very bad customer service will never deal with service at this location again. Read moreI’ve bought two separate items on two separate occasions and both time the experiences were unsatisfactory. The first item I bought was a watch for my anniversary. I wanted to get the watch engraved they said that was fine and it will be ready within the time that I needed it. Well the day came that they told me it would be finished and they never called so I called and the associate that answer the phone was not even tracking the order nor could she find it in the system. Eventually I got the watch but it was late and they never apologized. The second item was a new wedding ring. This associate (Angela) told me it would only take a week to get the ring sauntered so I said ok let’s do it. Week later I decide to call and the associate that my slip said my ring would be ready after a week and half so I was pissed. So I waited a full two weeks from the date that sent it off and guess what?! It wasn’t ready! When Angela finally called me to tell me that my ring was ready she said they opened at 9am and I could come first thing in the morning as I had a flight to catch... so here we are 915 and they are not open even though their door says they are open at 9 and the ducking associate seems to have an attitude. It’s inappropriate for a customer to continually call which frustrates both parties when the job should just be done. Customer service as far as repairs are concerned they are SUB PAR!!!! I will update as details unfold. Because my initial repair due date was August 8,2021. It is now August 16, 2021 and they are just telling me that they had to send it off to another jeweler because their jeweler doesn’t work on pearls.
