These guys are a life saver! My Dell computer was toast! It froze and then I wasn't able to shut it down. SO I had to let the battery just run out! I thought I had a virus or it crashed. Best Buy was going to charge me $250 to look at it with no promises! The team at Paradise found out that it was a update that froze my computer and so for $100 they were able to get the update cleared and working as well as gave me 30 day support.
