I shop here every time I come in town because they usual have my size and have great customer service!! But sadly that ended today. I bought a pair of reefs when I came in my last visit but the size label was wrong. I didn’t try them on while I was in the store which was my mistake. After I got back home and realized it I tried calling all of their locations without any lucky of getting hold of someone. So when I came in town I brought them in to get an exchange not a return but the sales associate said since it was over 30 days she couldn’t exchange them. I haven’t been back since my last visit so couldn’t bring them back in the 30 days as I don’t live here. She said people try to do this all the time. What? Exchange unworn flip flops for the right size because you mislabeled them? I know I’m only one person but I have plenty of friends and family who I’ve referred to your store. I will be letting them know along with everyone I meet to let them know the lack of customer service and compassion you...

I never leave reviews but wanted others to know, I bought a pair of sandals here. I wore them in my condo for about 5 minutes and quickly realized they weren’t right for me. I only bought the sandals 2 days before. I went back to the shop and asked for an exchange or in store credit for sandals that do work. They would not honor the exchange or return.
