Treasure Island — Restaurant in Port Aransas

We had a great experience at Treasure Island. Until we encountered the prideful, know it all at the door. Just two minutes after they closed, my brother realized he had lost his wallet inside. We politely asked the older gentleman at the door if we could quickly go back in to look for it. His response was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive: “We’re not letting a search party come in. If we find it then we find it, but you can’t have it until the morning.”

We respectfully asked to check the spot where he last had it. There were still customers inside, so it’s not like the building was empty. But we were flatly denied and basically told to just hope it turns up. For a place that profits off tourism and families, this was a really disappointing lack of empathy or basic customer service.

Would not recommend based on how they treat people when something goes wrong. Even if I was provided free drinks for life I would never return to an establishment this rude unless the guy at the door, who refused to give me his name (said his name was door guy) is fired immediately.

We spent a wonderful time dancing in pre-mother’s day. What a well run place!! Owners really know the business and what they are doing. Bathrooms are nice and clean and AC running cold and club was also nice and clean. SUPER DECENT. Keep up the good job!!! 3 clubs in one is correct. I stayed because it is run professionally, it is up to good standards (decent, smells good, paint is fresh and nice decor, AC is cold in Club) I wish they have something great like this in Corpus Christi. This is a place that you will take your Mother or girlfriend and feel comfortable and safe that this the right place to have decent/happy fun. We need more places like this one. Well shame on me , I forgot my credit card there, thought it was going to be an awesome experience.... I called and they were more than happy to mail me my credit card... they even included the receipt.... Now the reason for the 2 stars... drinks were added to my card... called and spoke with Linda ... who said 2 people in my party added on to my bill... Nope... there were only 2 in my party, and my friend didn't leave my side... Sat with other friends but they were done drinking when we arrived to meet them.
