BAIT — Local services in Portland

They couldn’t even host a raffle properly. When they called me, they didn’t even present themselves as Bait, instead stating a completely random name—despite having my raffle ticket number and phone number from the in-store survey I had filled out beforehand, which also included my name. When I pointed out the issue, they barely acknowledged their mistake and made no effort to make it right. Instead of taking the time to verify that the mistake was on their end, they simply moved on to the next customer without any real attempt to correct the situation. Got a nice pair of shoes but honestly would not recommend this place. I walk in already can tell the workers here don’t care about providing decent customer service. One worker at the door was sitting on their phone while at least five others were by the register talking and also a few on their phones. After seeing a piece of cake under a box being propped up by a stick outside their store, I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about BAIT. However, the cake was good and even though it was tough to get out of the box after someone pulled the stick away, i can honestly say, haven’t been that excited/scared/full from cake in a long time!!
