Incredibly disappointed with Bliss. Ordered a shirt and beautiful epice scarf on Nov. 29th via their website. I received an email on Dec. 5 saying the shipment was on its way. Checked today (Dec. 10) as to the shipping progress and saw that the order was canceled on Dec. 6, with absolutely no notice from Bliss. I think it is likely that they waited too late to box my order, and found that the items were sold out. Beware if you order anything online from Bliss, you may not actually receive what you ordered, and you will receive no explanation from the store. For a store where you can drop a fair amount of money (my order was north of $300), their customer service is sorely lacking. Will take my money elsewhere next time.

UPDATE: Bliss contacted me regarding my order, and it seems their system flagged me because I was ordering from overseas. The issue was corrected and I have received the original items I ordered. Seemingly high quality clothing, until you look more closely. You'll notice that a shirt selling for over $200 has a wrinkled/crumpled button plaquet down its front. This is because there's no interfacing, which keeps the fabric flat and true to shape. Stripes don't match on the sides of a shirt, which is how cheap poorly made "fast fashion" clothing is made--just cut out of the larger piece of fabric to get the most shirts per yard, rather than carefully matching up stripes and plaids. I ordered a planter for the nursery we’re putting together for our (yet to be born - any day though!) daughter. The mail carrier ended up breaking the item. I emailed Bliss and they immediately shipped another one and also graciously included a gift for the baby’s nursery as well! It was exceptionally well packaged and arrived in NYC in 2 days. Lauren - you’re a rockstar!
