My friends and I chose to take our money elsewhere after a visit to this 'concept store.' The bell at the entrance was the first note of pretension, and the salesperson's overzealous hanger correction act while following us around the store, made it clear that our money wasn’t welcome. It truly felt like a parody of the famous scene in Pretty Women when she is treated so poorly in a shop on Rodeo Drive….except it was a trying too hard storefront in Portland, Maine. The clothes may have been lovely, but the salesperson’s rude attitude and inflated ego was a deal-breaker. In the end, we opted for a shopping experience that values customers and leaves wallets feeling...

I dont take receipts and they email them, so I was covered. Store policy on a tiny sign the all accessories are final sale. I said this is ridiculous and was swayed to not shop anymore. She was fine with that. I have been a loyal customer to this store for 3 yrs. I tell others about the shoes they carry and what great quality looks like...no more. Try keeping open with...

The curation is absolutely stunning. However, I’d never give this establishment my money. From the moment I stepped in I felt as though I didn’t belong. There were 2 other parties in the shop and they were greeted, and checked on multiple times. The store assistant was so unfriendly towards my party and I. I didn’t feel I could ask a question without being judged. It was all very pretentious and I don’t care...
