Had a very disappointing experience here. I bought a lovely hat, and was asked at purchase if I'd like to wear it out of the store; I said sure. By the time I got home, it was riding up on my head, so clearly not as good a fit as I had thought. I brought it back with the receipt two days later when I was back in town, and was told by the same salesperson that I couldn't return it - that hats are accessories and all accessory sales are final. Really cute clothes, but unfortunately I purchased something without looking at the label and made the assumption it was cotton or mostly cotton due to the store name,Cotton Garden. Not even 1% cotton.
