I came to HR intending to spend quite a few thousand on a range of services & products as they were highly recommended and I wanted to rely on someone to take care of it all while I was out of state. When they visited my home, I soon noticed the patronizing opinions offered and was baffled when the proprietor and her assistant burst into laughter the instant they stepped out of my house. In spite of this I gave them additional chances.

What I found out over time was that some of their prices were quite reasonable, and others were sky-high compared with competition easily found online or with smaller fabricators. Each meeting, I got unsought opinions that showed super-common taste or were technically specious but were nonetheless strongly delivered. It takes acting skill to remain cordial when hearing design views from a woman who does a poor job on her own personal appearance. Disgusted, I made it my goal to spend my money elsewhere even tho that path took more work.

I am delighted with my results of working with a range of other decor sources and fabricators particularly The Curtainshop.
