Bought a button down for $35, 3 buttons fell off with the first wear. Exchanged it for a new one where when I asked the employee if this happens often, she said yes, and that a lot of times they have to sew the buttons back onto the personal clothes they buy from the store almost immediately. After I exchanged for the new button down, 5 buttons fell off that in the first wear. No excessive wear and tear was used on these buttons, literally buttoned it up once and they randomly fell off throughout the night. I love shopping here and have shopped here for years, so I went in to ask if I could keep the button down that lost 5 buttons, but get a partial refund (and I would just sew the buttons back on myself). OR I proposed that I get a new shirt that I saw and liked, for a discounted price, and spend more money at their store. They said they couldnāt refund me partial credit, they could only give me full credit back or exchange the button down again. It was the same employee that I exchanged with last time (who told me they frequently have issues with the buttons), who then told me that she never sees this issue. The gaslighting was wild. The staff are usually great and I love the vibe and style of this store. But definitely way overpriced for the quality. A little crazy to buy a plain black button down for $35 and have 5 buttons fly off within the first wear and be told you canāt even get a partial refund. I always bought a pair of pants a year ago that the drawstring broke inside of the pants, so I canāt wear them without them falling down and they immediately tore multiple holes, and I also bought a purse where the magnet ripped out of the material immediately and no longer had a functional...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt usually leave reviews but u feel like after the third incident a review is warranted. Iāve been a customer for years now and just feel as though the overall quality of your items has dropped significantly. Within 2 days of buying a button down, 3 buttons fell off. Within a week of having a purse, the magnets ripped clear out of the fabric. Within 2 weeks of having a pair of pants, a huge hole opened in the butt and in the pocket and the drawstring snapped inside the pant line. And I donāt believe I excessively used any of these items to cause them to tear as they did. I love this store, the vibe, and the style, but am super bummed the quality has dropped so much in the past few years. I never used to have any of these issues with things Iāve bought...
