We stopped in the store to purchase a hooded sweater for my little sister, we where greeted by a woman stuffing her face with food and a rude attitude. I asked her where the hooded sweatshirts where and she rudely responded “we don’t have sweatshirts here”. We finally found the area with the hooded sweaters, we were comparing sizes and my husband kindly tried to fold them and put them back and she rudely came over and took it from him complaining on how she’s just going to have to fold it again after we leave. Needless to say we left without making a purchase, we drove 3 hours to visit Portland and knew we needed to go there to purchase a gift. Will never go back to the store if that woman is working. My family and I walked in and the girl behind the register picked her head once said hey. After this so-called greeting we walked around. We were the only customers in the store and got no interaction from her. My wife was trying on different style shirts and another girl comes from out back with and offers no assitance to us as well. Once again no asking if we needed anything or a we have new products or sales. My wife spent $105 dollars there and the only time we got some type of interaction was after the girl saw we spent over $100. I know you pay for the name but with these prices you should also get a better level of customer service. This was our main destination into Portland today. Next time we'll go somewhere else to...
