Asbestos exposures. They lie about it but it's in the walls ceiling tiles floors. Under the carpets on the structure itself all of it is slowly deteriorating and becoming dangerously friable. They are not complying with federal code,. Cramer hall is worse. And dont even dare go to shattuck or east hall. Even the kitchen and it's not properly sealed. Very poor kitchen maintenance done as well. Left over burnt chips to be served the next day dishes dirtied and left in the sink to grow mold and bacteria grill never been cleaned. Aweful...

Decent enough place to study/hangout when the weather is too poor to sit out in the park blocks. There is a cafeteria with microwaves and limited food options. The chairs facing the park blocks on the second floor are a nice place for people watching.

The men's rooms can be a bit gnarly at times as the building is open to the public and regularly used by the neighborhoods...

The building is a nightmare for finding entrances while using a wheelchair because half of them have stairs immediately inside. The elevators are a bit confusing and are both called by the same button despite being several feet apart, I have missed the elevator before because it called the far one and I missed the ding with all the background noise of...
