Recently on a trip to Portland, my wife and I discovered this lovely shop. It will likely be one of the places we will make a point of returning to on future visits.

Jillian, the owner, was super helpful. She answered our many questions about the locally sourced clothing she carries along with a great selection of delightful scented candles and bath salts, lotions and such.

At first I wasn't sure about the clothing. But when I tried things on I could tell attention had been paid to quality fabrics and cuts in a way that is rare to find anymore. I settled on a simple black dress and a colorful blouse that I can't stop petting because the fabric feels so great!

Seven Sisters isn't huge, but boy does she pack a lot of fabulous...

Okay, yes they're my neighbor, but I've been a fan and customer for long before that. It's been an added bonus to get to know the lovely owner, Jillian but honestly this is place is a salve for all your pain. I walk in and am overwhelmed by a warm feeling of home. Full of items that make me dream of the person I want to be. Items that were painstakingly sustainably hand crafted by women and artists. It smells like heaven in this shop which is due to the gorgeous selection of candles they sell. Beautiful light shines through the windows... I really can't think of a better place to get my Christmas...
